We realize that the Rule of Law is a precious thing, and that it can
only survive if those responsible for the system act with integrity.
As officers of the court, we have ethical obligations which may, on
occasion, require us to pass up a tactic which might gain our client a
short-term advantage. In the long term, however, our
reputation for doing things right will benefit every client we have.
Today’s clients benefit from the short-cuts that we didn’t take
yesterday.

our clients
Other than to uphold the system that protects us all, we have no
higher calling than to defend the interests of our clients as zealously
as humanly possible. That zeal is summarized in the slogan,
“WIIWM?” (“What if it were me?”) We strive to handle every
case with the determination and energy which we would want expended if it were
our own future which hung in the balance.
