Our Mission Statement

1.      To protect the Process

            We realize that the Rule of Law is a precious thing, and that it can only survive if those responsible for the system act with integrity.  As officers of the court, we have ethical obligations which may, on occasion, require us to pass up a tactic which might gain our client a short-term advantage.   In the long term, however, our reputation for doing things right will benefit every client we have.  Today’s clients benefit from the short-cuts that we didn’t take yesterday.

2.       To defend our clients

            Other than to uphold the system that protects us all, we have no higher calling than to defend the interests of our clients as zealously as humanly possible.  That zeal is summarized in the slogan, “WIIWM?” (“What if it were me?”)   We strive to handle every case with the determination and energy which we would want expended if it were our own future which hung in the balance.

3.      To fulfill ourselves

            No one can expend the sustained effort which our missions require unless he enjoys what he is doing.  We strive to work together so that all members of our organization can experience the satisfaction of working in a team to accomplish important things.  It is our goal to help each other and to create an atmosphere where every member of the team experiences growth and satisfaction, while advancing the highest ideals of the legal profession.  In other words, we're doing what we love, and having a blast!
